And we back it up with the best handheld bidet warranty in the business.  All parts and finishes of the HydraWand Handheld Bidet are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 3 Years from date of purchase. Hydrawand Corporation recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair. Hydrawand will replace, FREE OF CHARGE, during the warranty period, any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service.

This warranty is extensive in that it covers replacement of all defective parts and finish.

Labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair, or replacement, as well as any other kind of loss or damage are excluded.

Accessories, including the Qwik-Connect, Faucet Diverter, T-Valve, Sink Kit, and Hose, are limited to a One Year Warranty. 

NOTE: Bidet hoses are subject to extreme flex cycles, and more pressure than shower hoses. We recommend replacing the hose every 3-5 yrs., turning off the supply valve after every use, and frequent inspection, to avoid possible water damage from a hose leak.

Return shipping must be provided by the customer. Photos may be accepted as proof of defect, and return not required, at our discretion.  Products found defective within 30 days of purchase will be replaced/repaired, or refunded, and a credit for return shipping issued.

Proof of purchase (original sales invoice date or order #) must be made available to Hydrawand for all warranty claims.

This is the exclusive warranty by Hydrawand Corporation, which does not make any other warranty of any kind, including the implied warranty of merchantability.

 Any damages to the Hydrawand Bidet as a result of misuse, abuse, or neglect or any use of other than genuine Hydrawand replacement parts WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. It applies only to Hydrawand Bidets installed in the United States of America.
